We are pleased to provide our customers with a robust Bill Payment system. In an effort to provide our customers with exceptional customer service, we have developed this page to help both new and existing Bill Payment customers get a full understanding of this wonderful service. Bill Payment Overview Bill Payment is a fantastic product that allows you to pay bills or send money to anyone (non-government entities only) in the United States through your Web Banking account. Pay anyone -- from your utility company or cable provider, to your pet sitter or even a child in college across the country! Simply log into your Web Banking account, provide information about who you are sending the money to, and that's it! Your payment is on its way to the recipient. To use Bill Payment, you must be a registered user of Web Banking. Web Banking is a free service offered to our customers that provides electronic access to your accounts using your computer and internet connection. For more information about Web Banking or how to sign up, please click here. Overview of Features The following are just some of the great features of our Bill Payment service. Existing users will find many of these features to be different and improved from our previous Bill Payment system.
How to Access Bill Payment To utilize Bill Payment, you must be a currently-registered user of Web Banking and must have registered for the Bill Payment option available from within Web Banking. If you are not registered for Web Banking, click here for more information. If you are a registered user of Web Banking, but have not set up any of your accounts to utilize Bill Payment, you can now sign up for Bill Payment by calling us at 1-888-462-2100. Once you are registered for Bill Payment, you may access the system by logging into Web Banking as you usually do by clicking on the Web Banking login button at the top right of the our website's home page. Once you are logged in to Web Banking, you may access Bill Payment by clicking the Bill Payment option on the navigation bar, as shown in the diagram below.
Bill Payment Setup Guide To assist new and existing users of Bill Payment in setting up or making changes to their Bill Payment account, we have developed a handy Setup Guide that can be printed and used as a reference when using Bill Payment.
